The Supreme Court will consider the appeal on Aug 17

The Supreme Court set the date for hearings on the appeal, filed by the defense. It will consider the case on August 17.

PACE appointed a rapporteur

Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) appointed a rapporteur on the Sutyagin case. The rapporteur is a parliamentarian from Cyprus named Christos Pourgorides.
