Igor Sutyagin transferred to an unknown location

Igor Sutyagin was transferred from the penal colony in Udmurtia to an unknown location. Earlier, there were reports that he will be transferred to a colony in Moscow region, but his lawyer has not been able to get prison officials to confirm that.
